The Annual General Meeting of the Colombo City Restaurant Collective was held on 29 July at The Bayleaf. It was unanimously decided to re-elect the current executive committee comprising President
Harpo Gooneratne, Vice President Dharshan Munidasa, Secretary Dinesh Wijesinghe, Assist Secretary Nadeem Rajabdeen, Treasurer Saurab Udeshi and Asst. Treasurer Viraj Panchal. They will continue till the next year, along with committee members Vichalya Antonio Fernando, Hisham Cader, Apinash Sivagumaran, and Gerard Mendis. The Secretary gave a note of appreciation for the tireless efforts made by the President and the committee to obtain concessions and bring their issues to the authorities in order to assist the restaurant community to overcome challenges during the current pandemic situation. The committee is looking forward to boosting its membership and also working together to achieve a stronger association in the coming year.
