Certificate from Proposer & Seconder.

Copy of registration certificate issued by Sri Lanka Tourism.

Copy of license to carry on business as a Travel Agent issued by Sri Lanka Tourism for the current year.

Copy of Certificate of Company Registration.

A letter confirming the authorized and paid-up capital from the Auditors.

Brochure produced by the company for Destination Management services

Tourism Development Levy (TDL) Payment details of the last 4 quarters
